NDIS support services Brisbane

Support built around the person.

Explore practical disability support for everyday life, community access, transport, skill development and meaningful participation across Brisbane.

A focused approach

The right support begins with understanding what a good day, a meaningful goal and genuine independence look like to the individual.

Clear expectations create better support.

Before support begins, we discuss goals, routines, communication preferences, consent, risks, location and practical arrangements. This helps everyone understand what has been agreed and whether IFA is the right fit.

Service descriptions are a starting point, not a substitute for conversation. The final support approach must align with the participant’s plan, available funding, goals and service agreement.

Before support begins

A considered start, not a rushed placement.

Initial conversation

We begin with enough information to understand the support being explored, where it would occur and who should be involved in the conversation.

Suitability and planning

Availability and suitability are confirmed through discussion. We clarify the participant’s priorities, support requirements, communication preferences and practical considerations.

Clear agreement

Support should not begin until the scope, responsibilities, prices, schedule, cancellations, privacy and feedback arrangements are understood.

Not sure which support fits?

Tell us about the outcome you are working towards. We will listen, ask useful questions and explain whether IFA may be suitable.
