Information collected through forms
The website forms may collect your name, contact details, relationship to the enquiry and the message you choose to provide. Please do not send medical records, NDIS numbers, identity documents or other highly sensitive information through an initial website enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, referral conversations and feedback. Form contents are sent to the configured IFA Support Services inbox and are not stored in a website database.
Information should only be accessed by people who need it for the relevant enquiry or organisational responsibility. The organisation should maintain separate procedures for records created after an enquiry progresses.
Data minimisation
The forms request only the information needed to begin a conversation. Do not provide a complete NDIS plan, medical history, identity document, government identifier or detailed clinical record through the website.
Website security and spam prevention
The website uses technical controls including secure session settings, one-use form tickets, cross-site request protection, timing checks, a hidden spam field, input limits and request rate limiting. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile protection can also be enabled.
Website logs
The hosting provider may create standard security and access logs. These may contain technical information such as an IP address, request time and browser details.
Third-party processing
If spam protection, email delivery, analytics or hosting services are enabled, those providers may process limited technical information according to their own terms and privacy practices. The organisation should document the services it activates before launch.
Retention
Website enquiries should be retained only for as long as required for the enquiry, service relationship, legal obligations and organisational record-keeping procedures. Hosting security logs may have a separate retention period.
Access and correction
You may contact IFA Support Services to ask about personal information held about you or to request a correction, subject to applicable obligations.
Privacy concerns
If you believe information has been handled incorrectly, contact IFA Support Services with enough detail for the concern to be reviewed. You may also seek information from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about privacy rights and complaint options.
